The Nexus is located at 3A-3B Ton Duc Thang, Saigon Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City – a 35-storey and 5-basement Class A office building, developed by Refico. The project has achieved international certifications: LEED Gold, EDGE Certified and WELL Silver, demonstrating its commitment to the green environment and public health.
