APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation

• The concrete surface must be clean, sound, and free from oil, grease, cement dust, and other contaminants.
• Water-absorbent surfaces should be fully saturated, but no standing water should remain.

Mixing

• Pour LQS Cermafix Standard into approximately 5.0–5.5 liters of clean water.
• Mix thoroughly by hand or with a low-speed electric mixer for 3–5 minutes until a uniform mixture is achieved.
• Let the mixture stand for 1–2 minutes to allow internal chemical reactions, then remix for 1 minute before using.

Application

• Use a notched trowel to spread adhesive evenly over the substrate.
• For improved adhesion, apply a thin layer of adhesive to the back of the tile as well.
• Depending on tile thickness, ensure sufficient adhesive coverage to achieve full bonding.
