Lqs Aqua Primer – bonding and waterproofing primer

APPLICATIONS
LQS Aqua Primer is mainly used as a bonding primer for penetrating waterproofing coatings, polyurethane-based waterproofing coatings on concrete, mortar, putty, etc.
LQS Aqua Primer can be used on wet surfaces. In addition, the product is also used to increase the adhesion between waterproofing coatings if the construction time between layers is prolonged.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation:
Careful surface preparation is essential for optimum and lasting results.
The surface must be clean and sound, free from contaminants that may affect the adhesion of the primer.
Old coatings, dirt, grease, oil, organic matter and dust must be removed by grinding.
Convex and concave surfaces must be levelled. Any loose material and grinding dust must be thoroughly removed.

Note: Do not use a sandblasting machine as this may affect the integrity of the surface and cause surface defects.

Product Use:
Stir the product well before use.
Apply the LỘS Aqua Primer by brush, roller or sprayer until the surface is completely covered.
Important Note:
For best results, the application temperature should be between 5oC – 35oC.
Low temperatures may slow down the drying process of the Aqua Primer while high temperatures accelerate the drying process.
High humidity may affect the final result. Do not apply in areas where water is stagnant.
The next coat or polyurethane waterproofing layer should be applied after about 2 hours while the primer is still tacky. If the waiting time is after 2-3 days, it is necessary to check and apply another coat to ensure quality.
Keep the lid of the container tightly closed when not in use.
