Liqaseal Pulastic 600

ADVANTAGES
The special blend of solvent-cured urethane polymer and its chemical similarity to the Liqaseal Pulastic 600 finish ensures good adhesion between the two coats within the specified coating time.
Acts as a sealant on rough surfaces such as concrete and will have the same substrate as cement.
Acts as a coating on bituminous surfaces and improves adhesion to difficult-to-paint substrates such as non-ferrous metals.
APPLICATIONS

Liqaseal Pulastic 600 is suitable for use with Liqaseal Pulastic 600:

Concrete roofs, balconies, terraces.
Basement, tunnels, tunnels.
Toilet production areas, wet areas.
Flower beds. Inspection pits, swimming pools.
INSTALLATION
Surface Preparation:
The surface must be flat, clean, dry, free from dust, oil, grease and waste, etc. All traces of release agents must be removed. All dust and dirt must be removed.
On the surface, all loose material must be removed by stiff brushing. Allow new concrete to cure for 28 days before removing the primer and undercoat.
For roofs

Remove dust and loose debris. Kill fungal growth with a fungicide and wash away. Fill cracks and gaps with external mastic and cut open blisters, apply Liqaseal Pulastic 600 underneath and re-plaster. Allow moisture to evaporate.

APPLICATION

Liqaseal Pulastic 600 can be applied directly from the can by brush or spray. One application will normally suffice but some highly porous substrates may require two.

Cleaning of application tools:
Liqaseal Pulastic 600 should be removed from application tools with aromatic hydrocarbon solvents immediately after use.

PACKAGING AND COVERAGE

Liqaseal Pulastic 600 is available in 5 litre and 15 litre packs with a theoretical coverage rate of 10–15 m²/litre/coat depending on the texture and porosity of the substrate.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Liqaseal Pulastic 600 has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Containers must be tightly closed.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Liqaseal Pulastic 600 should not come into contact with skin or eyes or be swallowed.
Avoid breathing vapours/sprays. Use only in well-ventilated areas.
In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory protection.
Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.
In case of accidental skin contact, remove immediately with a suitable skin cleanser, then wash with soap and water. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately – do not induce vomiting.
